Overview
After earning her Honours in English from the University of Delhi, Ms. Saipawar completed her LLB at the Faculty of Law at the same university. With extensive experience in civil and commercial laws, consumer and labor laws, as well as military and service law, she has collaborated with Senior Advocates and independently represents cases across various courts, tribunals, and commissions, including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Notably, she was recommended by the Services Selection Board, Bhopal, to join the Indian Army’s Judge Advocate General (JAG) branch. As a Partner at ACM, Ms. Saipawar’s leadership is instrumental in guiding a dedicated team in the Delhi office, handling litigation across a multitude of legal forums
