Pankaj Singh, Advocate, brings 17 years of litigation experience encompassing a broad spectrum of areas, including corporate law, criminal law, arbitration, civil disputes, labor issues, food safety regulations, and matrimonial conflicts. His comprehensive expertise covers both criminal and civil trials, and he has adeptly represented clients before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Andhra Pradesh High Court at Amravati, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), and various district courts.

Mr. Singh has also navigated complex legal matters involving prominent agencies such as the National Investigation Agency (NIA), the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and the Enforcement Directorate. His proficiency extends to representing clients in the Supreme Court in cases concerning the adjudication of the death penalty.

A distinguished alumnus of Banaras Hindu University (B.H.U.), where he graduated with a Law degree in 2007, Mr. Singh has been an active member of the Bar Council of Delhi since his enrollment. His academic tenure was marked by active participation in moot court competitions, representing his institution at prestigious events hosted by the National Law University, Jodhpur, and the Army Institute of Law, Mohali.
