Aishwarya Mishra

Ms. Aishwarya Mishra holds a BBA-LLB (Hons) degree from Amity Law School, Noida, and has amassed seven years of extensive and distinguished experience in the legal field. Specializing in Consumer Laws, Insurance Laws, Banking Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, and Arbitration, she has represented various corporate giants clients before various Courts, Tribunals and Commissions including, the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, and the Hon’ble National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission in Delhi, as well as in various District Courts, Tribunals, and Commissions throughout Delhi.

Ms. Mishra has also been appointed as Amicus Curiae by the Hon’ble National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.
