Ms. Jha acquired her LL.M in International & Commercial Laws with merit and subsequently completed her M.B.A in Finance from the esteemed XLRI Group. She further augmented her academic prowess with a diploma in Cyber Laws from the Asian School of Cyber Law, Pune and a certificate in Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Law Institute, Delhi.
Early in her career, Vishakha showcased her proficiency in addressing corporate fraud thus gaining noteworthy experience. This expertise was further recognized when she was commissioned by the reputed JC Penney Corporation, USA to spearhead an investigation regarding corporate fraud within their Indian operations.
Beyond her expertise in corporate fraud, Ms. Jha has adeptly managed arbitration matters and represents clients in major Arbitration cases. She currently oversees office administration while driving resolutions with her incisive legal acumen.
