Reetu Saipawar

Ms. Reetu Saipawar is a distinguished legal professional with an impressive academic and professional trajectory. After accomplishing her Honours in English from the esteemed University of Delhi, Ms. Saipawar further honed her legal acumen by obtaining her LL.B from the Faculty of Law at the same university.

She has amassed vast exposure across a diverse spectrum of legal domains including but not limited to civil and commercial laws, criminal law, consumer law, arbitration law, Military law, service law and specialized disputes under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Her prowess in the field is accentuated by her collaborations with Senior Advocates on multifarious matters and her capability to independently represent cases before various notable legal forums such as the District Courts of Delhi and Haryana, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court.

Adding another feather to her cap, Ms. Saipawar was also recommended by Services Selection Board, Bhopal to join Indian Army as an Officer in the Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) branch. In her current capacity as an Partner at ACM, she efficiently helms a proficient team in the Delhi Office. Her jurisdiction spans litigation across several esteemed legal forums including Consumer Commissions, District Courts of Delhi, Haryana and U.P, High Court of Delhi, Punjab and Haryana High Court and the apex Supreme Court of India.
