Mr. Amitesh Chandra Mishra stands as a distinguished figure in the legal arena, currently spearheading ACM Legal. His journey in law and administration is adorned with more than 20 years of extensive experience in a myriad of sectors including Real Estate, Infrastructure, Broadcasting, Telecommunication, Banking , Labour and service-related disputes.

Mr. Mishra is an alumnus of the Symbiosis Society’s Law College, Pune from where he obtained his Law degree. Further enriching his academic credentials, he pursued a Master Diploma in Business Administration (Personnel) from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. Professionally recognized, he is a registered Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi and also a respected member of the Supreme Court Bar Association.

Mr. Mishra’s early career saw him under the mentorship of Shri Prabha Shanker Mishra, Sr. Advocate and Former Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh and Calcutta High Court, in the Supreme Court of India for five noteworthy years. Subsequently, he led the litigation teams of international firms such as Karanjawala & Company and Kesar Dass B. & Associates.

One of his landmark contributions was in safeguarding the broadcasting rights of Multi Screen Media, Singapore concerning the Indian Premiere League since its inception in 2009. He successfully secured John Doe Orders from the Delhi High Court consecutively in 2010, 2011, and 2012.

His commendable legal acumen is reflected in the approximately 20 judgments reported from the Supreme Court of India, attributed to him. Among these stands the renowned SMS Pharmaceutical Case and the case of Kailash vs. Nanhku. His expertise was further acknowledged when he was appointed as Amicus Curiae by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, where he aided in expediting case resolutions.

Today, Mr. Mishra continues to shine as he heads his firm, devising strategies and representing clients across various judicial platforms.
